Retrospective Year 11 Modern History

Retrospective is a new full-colour textbook and CD-ROM designed to support the revised NSW Modern History Stage 6 syllabus. Retrospective includes: Eight Preliminary course case studies investigating key features, issues, individuals, groups, events and concepts in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. A unique chapter devoted to assisting students in developing relevant investigative, research and presentation skills for completing their own historical investigation. The Preliminary course core study: The world at the beginning of the twentieth century - investigates the core study using a source-based approach. The HSC course core study: World War I 1914-1919 - new and comprehensive content built around a stimulating selection of sources to meet all requirements of the HSC core.
